Lately, I haven't done much exercise, to be honest I DONT HAVE TIME, i work 12 hour days, 6 days a week for the last year now since starting my job... and exercise is last thing on my mind when i get home from work....
BUT
.... I've decided to start a new regime to get healthy...
I hope I can progress my body and level of fitness by working hard and eating right...
I thought it would be interesting for myself to track my progress... and if it helps anyone else on the way then great!!
So here is my before photo!
